Case study · Smacza Jama · Spirits
A delicatessen that started speaking in four channels at once
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest for the Smacza Jama restaurant and shop, plus the website. One photo session works across every profile.

Smacza Jama is a delicatessen business offering a wide choice of fine spirits, delicacies, coffees and teas, delighting customers in two branches in the heart of Warsaw. We took on the challenge of analysing the market, the competition and the target audience, which produced a strategy we have been rolling out steadily.
Project goal
Building a website that would hold every product, plus SEO optimisation. Setting up the brand’s social media accounts to increase recognition.
Tools
Surveys – we researched the market and the competition.
WordPress – the tool for building the site.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest – the platforms where the brand appears.
Our process
UX audit and the concept for the site – analysing the UX and shaping the concept gave us the basis for the whole online programme.
Site design – we focused on improvements that would make the site more appealing, more intuitive and more functional.
Updates, optimisation and site maintenance – after the changes went live we stayed involved, updating and optimising the site continuously.
Social media – we implement a strategy for activity on social platforms to engage the community interested in the service.
Collaboration with Moët & Chandon – we brought Moët & Chandon and Smacza Jama together, creating a symbiosis of success.
First things first — let’s rebuild the website
At the start of our work together we concentrated on analysing the website’s pain points. We carried out a thorough UX audit of the store, identifying the areas that needed improvement. We implemented changes that made the site more usable and more appealing. We then built a consistent visual identity for the brand on social platforms. We refined the aesthetic of the graphics and organised professional photo sessions in the stores to capture the character of Smacza Jama. We developed a strategy for publishing varied content across a range of subjects and formats. We focused on presenting the products, the services and the store interiors, as well as educating people about the industry. We created content in the form of graphics, films, photos and animation that invited interaction. We took an active part in conversations with followers, answering questions, offering support and encouraging people to join the discussion.
Working with other organisations
Our work often opened the door to collaborations with others. In this case we brought Moët & Chandon together with Smacza Jama in the world of luxury spirits. That collaboration created new possibilities, such as bottle engraving. The arrival of the only original Moët & Chandon machine in the Smacza Jama store made it a unique place in Poland. Together with the client we developed a landing page, social media graphics, photos and films to build a dream collaboration.
Work that makes sense
Smacza Jama is a perfect illustration of how investing strategically in creative and aesthetic work can translate into building a luxury brand profile. This delicatessen business recognised the full power of an attractive presence on social media and turned that awareness into a concrete strategy. The collaboration with Moët & Chandon mattered here, and it raised Smacza Jama’s prestige.
Full-blown aesthetics in a world of luxury
The drinks industry is clearly where our company leads. Working with a company that distributes alcohol is nothing new to us, which is why we knew straight away how to approach Smacza Jama. It was another good collaboration, because the result is material made by every person on the team. We produced the website, the photos, the videos, the graphics, the social media. Teamwork is what we like best.
