Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for using the website and explains how the privacy of personal data of users of the website at infobrand.eu, hereinafter the “Website”, is protected.

§1. Controller of personal data

The controller of the personal data of Website users is infoBrand Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: infoBrand), with its registered office at Aleja Jana Pawła II 43A/37B in Warsaw.

§2. Whose data we process

infoBrand processes the data of people who:

  • visit the Website,
  • have sent an enquiry through the contact form available on the Website’s pages,
  • order services through the Website,
  • use the services provided by infoBrand.

§3. For what purpose, to what extent and on what legal basis we process personal data

The data of people visiting the Website remains anonymous to us and is processed solely for statistical purposes, to study user activity on the Website. During a session the Website stores cookies in the user’s browser memory. We share statistical data for processing with Google Inc., using the Google Analytics tool.

  • We also process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including: enabling the provision of services by electronic means, in particular services consisting of the lease of a website, the lease of an online store and the lease of a domain;
  • handling the requests you send us (for example through the contact form);
  • handling complaints, should you submit one;
  • contacting you, including for purposes connected with providing the services.

In addition, the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. We also process your personal data for the purposes set out below, on the basis of infoBrand’s legitimate interest, which is:

  • contacting you, including for permitted marketing activities, through the available communication channels, in particular and with your consent by e-mail and telephone;
  • handling your requests, in particular those sent to the customer service department and through the contact form, where they are not directly connected with performing the contract;
  • ensuring the security of the services we provide to you by electronic means, including enforcing infoBrand’s internal rules, preventing fraud and abuse, and ensuring traffic security;
  • debt recovery and conducting court proceedings;
  • organising loyalty programmes, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you may take part;
  • carrying out statistical analyses;
  • storing data for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating that we have met the obligations arising from the law).

§4. How long personal data is stored

Personal data necessary to provide the service is stored for the entire term of the contract, and after it ends the clients’ personal data held in the billing records will be processed for as long as is necessary for financial reporting.

Personal data may be processed after the contract ends in order to pursue claims for unsettled payments, until the parties have settled financially.

All other personal data will be stored only until the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved.

§5. Rights of the data subject

We guarantee that all of your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation will be honoured: the right of access, rectification and erasure of your data, restriction of its processing, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

§6. Providing data

We require you to provide the following personal data in order to conclude and perform the contract with you, and thereby provide the service to you:

  • first name, surname or information about your company,
  • address details,
  • e-mail address and telephone number.

Where the law requires it, we may ask you for other necessary data, for example for accounting reasons. Apart from those cases, providing your data is voluntary.

§7. Cookies

The Website uses small files known as cookies. They are saved by the server on the computer of the person visiting the Website. We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • to keep information about the user’s session, for example whether they are logged in,
  • statistical purposes — information about the first and last visit to the Website, how long visits last, which pages are viewed and the sources from which the user arrived at the Website,
  • The cookies used by the Website do not make it possible to identify a person. The user may restrict or disable file access in the settings and options of their browser.

§8. Third-party access to data

Direct access to the personal data processed by infoBrand is held solely by people authorised to such access by the controller of the personal data.

Personal data processed in infoBrand’s records may be disclosed to entities entitled to receive it under applicable law, and in particular to the competent judicial authorities.

§9. Safeguards and protection of personal data

infoBrand declares that it processes personal data provided or entrusted by Users in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data, and that it applies technical and organisational measures ensuring protection of the processed data appropriate to the risks and to the categories of data protected, and in particular that it protects Users’ personal data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, loss and damage.
