Forma System has been producing stone countertops since 2005 and has more than 100 thousand installations across Europe. We show how we run the brand’s communication and what sales tools we build around it.
Starting point
Forma System has been producing countertops from quartz conglomerate, sintered stone, granite and natural quartzite since 2005. More than 100 thousand installations across the European market, 50 people on the team, its own machine park and materials from Technistone, Silestone, Dekton, Neolith and Sensa.
A countertop is chosen once every ten-plus years, usually while the kitchen is still being designed. Three parties take part in the decision — the customer, the furniture showroom and the fitter — and the material is picked several months before the order is placed. The brand’s communication has to reach each of those groups.
Scope of service
The website and material catalogue
A site split by material type, completed projects in seven categories (kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, stairs, floors, interiors, tables), an FAQ, promotions and a list of points of sale.
The slab stock search
Every slab described with its number, dimensions, finish, thickness and a “available / reserved” status. Filtering by stone type, finish and thickness, in three language versions.
Countertop configurator
Choosing the material, dimensions, edge type and cut-outs for the sink and hob, with a quote calculated on the spot instead of an offer prepared by hand.
Online store
E-commerce for finished products and materials available off the shelf, connected to stock levels.
Design
Material catalogues, promotional graphics, collection labelling and materials for the partner network.
Social media
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok: content plan, publishing, comment and message moderation, and campaigns reported on the number of contacts generated.
Video production
Photos and short videos filmed in the production hall and at customers’ homes: cutting the slabs, finishing the edges, fitting the countertop on site.
Content marketing
Guide content on choosing materials: the differences between sintered stone and conglomerate, matching a countertop to the fronts, and caring for the surface after years of use.
Video and photo material
A catalogue photo does not show the difference between materials, so we film in the production hall and at customers’ homes: the journey of a quartzite slab from the warehouse to the kitchen, replacing an HPL countertop, matching a countertop to dark fronts, and comparisons of finishes.
We use every shooting day in three places: as a short video on Instagram and TikTok, as creative in a campaign, and as illustration for the collection description on the website.
Result
In the first quarter of 2026 reach on Facebook grew by 1,873.8% against the previous quarter: 585.6 thousand views and more than 2,000 link clicks. The campaigns brought 106 sales contacts in the same period.
