Social media management for companies from Wrocław. What working together looks like
The companies that ask us about social media usually want to know one thing: how much of their time it will take and what exactly they get. Below is the whole process, stage by stage, as it actually works with us. From the first conversation to the first report usually takes four weeks.
Before we start: the call and the quote
The first call takes about half an hour: we ask about goals, what has been done so far and the budget the company can realistically put into marketing. Then we look at the profiles and the website and come back with a proposed scope and a quote. If we think social media is not the best first step in your situation, we say so plainly and point to what will pay back faster.
Stage 1. Auditing the profiles and the competition
We start by reviewing what is already there: the profiles, past posts, ad results, reviews, the Google Business Profile. On top of that we look at three to five competitors from Wrocław and from the industry: what they publish, what works for them, where they leave the field open. The audit produces a short document with conclusions, not an hour-long presentation. If the profiles need technical tidying — linking accounts, completing the company details, recovering access — we do that at this stage.
Stage 2. Communication strategy and content plan
On the basis of the audit we set the brand’s tone, the content pillars and the mix of formats: how many short videos, how many carousels, how many sales posts, how many showing the people and the everyday work of the company. We produce a publishing plan for the first month, with dates, topics and draft copy. You approve it as a whole: one round of comments instead of signing off every post separately.
Stage 3. Production: photos, graphics, short videos
We film and photograph at your place, on site in Wrocław. One shooting day a month is usually enough for several short videos and a stock of photos for posts. We write the scripts in advance, so filming moves quickly and does not paralyse the company. Graphics and carousels are designed in the brand’s visual identity, and the editing, subtitles and sound in the short videos are on us.
Stage 4. Publishing, moderation, campaigns
We publish to the schedule, answer comments and keep an eye on the inbox according to agreed rules: what we answer ourselves and what we pass to the company. In parallel we run Meta Ads campaigns: promoting the strongest material and pointing ads at messages, bookings or traffic to the site. The ad budget goes through your own account, so you can see at any moment where the money goes.
Stage 5. Report and corrections
We close the month with a report: reach, engagement, follower growth, the number of messages and enquiries, campaign results with the cost per result. Plus conclusions and the plan for the next month. Formats that do not work get cut; the ones that do get scaled. After a quarter you have a month-to-month comparison and a clear picture of whether the profiles are working for the business. The report reaches you on the same date every month.
Why a local social media agency has an edge here
Running profiles depends on a steady supply of material from the company: people, interiors, products, completed work. An agency from the other end of the country will do one session at the start and then grind the same photos for six months. We are from Wrocław, so a shooting day every month is standard practice, not an expensive extra. We also know the local context: events, seasonality, city groups, and the media worth exchanging content with.
What is worth preparing on your side
To start we need admin access to the profiles and the ad account, the logo with a brand book or at least good-quality files, a current price list or offer, and a contact person who will approve the plan once a month. If something from that list is missing — access left behind by a previous agency, for example — we help sort it out as part of the first stage.
If you want to hand social media to one team and see every month what comes of it, write to hello@infobrand.eu or call 730 964 114.
