Workshop scope
- 01
Strategy and target audience
Who you talk to, what makes you different and in what language. Without that, a publishing calendar is a list of random ideas.
- 02
Choosing the channels
Which platforms make sense in your industry, and why two run properly beat four neglected ones.
- 03
Calendar and production
How to plan a month, how to gather material in a single shooting day and how to recycle content across channels.
- 04
Paid campaigns
Account structure, audiences, creative tests and budgets. What really lifts the results, and what only looks like work.
- 05
Measuring results
Which metrics to report to the board, how to calculate the cost per contact and how to tell reach apart from a result.
A social media workshop built on real accounts
We do not dissect somebody else’s campaigns found online. We work on your profiles, your statistics and your ad account, and as a point of reference we show numbers from our clients’ reports: +680.8% reach on the KRUK S.A. recruitment profile, 15,112 clicks at PLN 8.83 per candidate application, 879 thousand people reached by Uponor Polska campaigns at PLN 0.46 per click.
We finish with a plan, not a presentation
The workshop closes with a ready plan for the quarter: channels, topics, frequency, who does what in the team, and the budget. You get it in a form you can work with the next day.
Social media training: frequently asked questions
Do you train people on AI tools?
Yes. We show how to use models for research, scripts and editing, and where a human has to make the call so the content does not sound like everyone else’s.
Does the workshop cover advertising campaigns?
Yes, it is a separate block: account structure, audiences, creative tests and calculating the cost per contact.
How long is the workshop?
One day as standard. With a larger team or a wider scope we split it into two shorter sessions.
Can we order consultations instead of a workshop?
Yes. We run hour-long sessions online or at our office: a review of what you are doing, answers to specific questions and recommendations.
