Stages of our work together

This is how a website or another one-off project runs. The detailed rules are set out in the general terms of business.

  1. 01

    Order and brief

    You receive the order specification and the brief. Work starts once 50% of the order value is paid and the completed brief is returned.

  2. 02

    Materials

    You send the copy, photos and logo by e-mail. The delivery time (60 calendar days) runs from the moment we receive the last of the materials.

  3. 03

    Design

    We present the design on a staging address or as a PDF. You have 5 working days to approve it or send comments.

  4. 04

    Poprawki

    Three rounds of revisions by e-mail are included. We implement each within 14 calendar days.

  5. 05

    Launch and settlement

    The second part of the fee is payable once the design is approved or before launch. We hand over the CMS access details, the file archive and the database.

  6. 06

    Support after launch

    For 24 months we fix functionality bugs free of charge. We keep the files for 90 days after the work ends. Further work is charged per the rate card or covered by the ZEN package.
