We work for brands you have heard of. We had a hand in it.

Instagram training

A one-day workshop for people who run, or are about to take over, a company Instagram account. We work on your profile and your material, not on examples from a slide deck.

The day’s programme

  1. 01

    Where you are today

A review of the profile, the statistics and three competitor accounts. We write down the conclusions on the spot.

  2. 02

    Topics and content pillars

Where to find ideas so you do not end up with “hello, we have a promotion”. We build a list of topics for the next month.

  3. 03

    Short videos from the inside

Framing, light, sound, the first three seconds. We film and edit material during the workshop.

  4. 04

    Stories and highlights

The rhythm of the day, polls, pointers to contact and a permanent set of highlights.

  5. 05

    Statistics and ads

Which numbers matter, how to read reach and how to set up a simple Meta Ads campaign without burning the budget.

What you take away from the workshop

  • A publishing plan for the next month with topics and dates
  • Post and story templates in your brand’s identity
  • A checklist for filming short videos on a phone
  • A recording or notes from the workshop
  • A prioritised list of fixes for the profile

Who this Instagram workshop is for

For companies that want to run the profile themselves and need to put a process in place, and for marketing teams that already have an account but publish irregularly and cannot tell what comes of it. We usually work with groups of 4–12 people, so everyone gets time to practise in front of the camera.

Run by practitioners, not trainers

The workshop is led by the people who run the agency’s client accounts every day: a strategist, a content creator and someone from the campaigns team. We show our own results and our own mistakes — including why the first million-view videos at MTB Modules only appeared after twelve months of systematic publishing.

Instagram training: frequently asked questions

Where does the workshop take place?

At our office in Wrocław, at the client’s premises or online. For larger teams we travel across Poland.

How many people can take part?

Usually 4–12 people, so everyone has time to practise. Larger groups are split into sessions.

Do we need equipment?

The participants’ phones are enough. We bring the lighting and microphones with us, to show the difference in quality.

Can we count on support after the workshop?

Yes. We usually arrange an hour-long consultation a month later, to review the first publications and fix whatever did not work.
